Busy being Positive!

Well what a busy month January was! Our feet literally haven’t touched the ground and It’s been such a positive first month of 2021 for many reasons even tho we’ve been in lockdown!

So where to start...Well, Firstly we would like to welcome our new members this week... Thank you for joining us and we can't wait to see you in classes and hopefully not in the too distant future in person as well.

Positive 1)

Our Four Elms site.... Well ...It’s up, it now has power, the scree for flooring is down, the windows, doors and plasterer go in next week....and then we have audio, security, phone lines, gas connection all occurring too!!  We also had another sign made.... just to make sure you can find our car park! It’s all really looking great and we can see it taking shape every time we visit!   Still lots to arrange but week by week we are ticking tasks off and making decisions...

We still however haven’t decided on wall colours yet 😂....but I’m sure that will be easy 😬...... We shall reveal in due course! In fact we may have our very own news bulletin for that!!😂

Positive 2)

Although mentioned last week We introduced our ‘Free Friday’ Personal Training dates to anyone in the community and the response has been amazing and continues to have enquiries - So much so, we have another trainer joining us to help out on the dates! If you want a session then please just message us via our Facebook Bodyworx page and we can let you know available times and dates! Once times are gone tho they are gone!

Positive 3)

We introduced our business to the online forums for Four Elms and Edenbridge and the welcome we’ve received from the community has been really wonderful 😊😊 with lots of interest in joining classes and finding out about what we do, to being invited as a business to network with other local companies so we are really excited about this and meeting everyone!

Positive 4)

Well it has to be our favourite positive of the week which have been seeing our members smiling faces as we dropped off their little survival packs of January essentials!😜😜.  We could write a book on our travels to the back and beyond, and how our orienteering skills were pushed to the limits 🤪. And especially for one unknown lucky resident in Biggin Hill who has had a goodie bag from us left on their door- They are probably wondering what to do with its contents but we hope it has put a smile on their face!

It may be a bit cliche but doing something nice for someone really makes you feel good......

And on that note we leave you with our final one:

Positive 5).

It’s the weekend 🙌🏼.  February starts on Monday, and we can’t wait to see what this next month brings!!  Have a great weekend and see you in Feb!
