Bodyworx offers you a great range of group fitness classes to choose from giving you both a mixed variety of training sessions and techniques along with ensuring the fitness class you love to do is available to you. Our team of qualified Personal Trainers and instructors will encourage and create great fitness classes designed for you.
We spend hours creating playlists to suit each fitness class and regularly keep it updated. Studies prove that music above 145 BPM elevates your mood, pushes you harder and increases endurance so in our fitness classes you will hear everything from Ministry of Sound, Dance, House, Hip Hop, 80's, 90's, Pop and Old School classics. The fitness classes we run are:
PowerWave
The PowerWave is an all-in-one cross-training device paired with usually a 20-minute, total body high-intensity interval training workout. It is great for increasing metabolism, strength, and endurance as you train your body to burn fat during and after each session.
Ab's and Ass
These 30-minute classes are designed for all and focus on strength, conditioning and tone in the areas of your core and lower half of your body.
Body Bells
Kettlebells are a great tool for functional fitness training. Using them, you can improve your strength, cardio, stability, power, endurance and balance. Kettlebells are all about creating and controlling momentum. By swinging and moving the kettlebell in different patterns, and then controlling the momentum to change directions, you tap into bigger muscles (like your legs and bottom) and also the smaller stability muscles (like your abs) throughout the workout so in fact you work much harder.
Body Box Fit
Not just your average boxing class! Fast-paced fun workout with gloves and pads which will leave you feeling energised with the knowledge you’ve had a good workout. Proven for great stress relief too if you are having a challenging week! Classes involve punching, kicking and lots of bodyweight exercises. The classes vary each week and can be a mixture of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, Strength and toning!
Body BOOTCamp
This 45-minute all year round training class is the way to start your Saturday right! During the summer months and weather permitting these circuit style training sessions are held in the great outdoors.
Body Hiit
This fun fitness class can be any of the classes we run such as PowerWave, Abs and Ass, Body Box Fit, or Body Boot Camp, or could be something brand new we have up our sleeves. Needless to say, you won’t be disappointed and a good work out would be had by all.
FOCUSED Friday
These classes can be any of the classes we run but also can be something new to challenge and push you. We guarantee you will work hard at your ability and also have lots of fun.
Spin
Bodyworx Spin cycle classes offer you a fast-paced cardiovascular workout to music, toning and shaping your legs, glutes and core whilst burning calories, upping your fitness levels and creating some serious sweat!
Peloton
Peloton is a great cardio workout. Initially created for an indoor spin experience but it has grown into so much more. We at Bodyworx have the bike and the Peloton membership so you can rent your time on the bike and benefit from the 1000's of different workouts at a time that suits you.

We have a range of Fitness class packages to suit your training needs!
All Fitness class memberships include access to all fitness classes. However, Spin and Peloton are not included.

*Terms and Conditions to our packages:
On signing up for a monthly recurring membership, payments will be taken by direct debit monthly and you are required to give us two months’ notice if you wish to cancel your membership or you will still be charged.
You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us via email to Info@bodyworx.co.uk and please give 2 months notice.
For Spin, Barre or Peloton – If you cannot make your session please give 24-hours notice otherwise you will still be charged.
