What a difference a week makes!

What a day - and what a week we’ve had, everyday we've been teaching classes, seeing our clients and been on site at Four Elms, darting about, here, there and everywhere locating things we need 😊

Friday PTs were on fire today 🔥 and the Weather was super kind to us as well ☀️

This week we’ve lifted the current gym flooring ( just us girls getting it done 😊) helped by @sammyanne_o and @jojocawthorne - and transported it to Four Elms.  Tomorrow we plan on laying it 😬🤞🏻

Studio flooring has been laid, we can’t wait for you guys to see it, it looks awesome ✅Painting has been done ✅ Kitchen in ✅ Partition between studio and Gym in ( OMG our favourite part so far ) ✅

And Next week we will see the final touches being added :
