The Bodyworx community is a positive space where we welcome all ages and fitness abilities. We pride ourselves on being welcoming and non-competitive, and we respect that everyone has their own fitness story.

Our clients often think they’re coming to us to get physically fit, but what they leave with is so much more than that!

Is Bodyworx a gym?

Bodyworx is a private health, fitness and wellbeing studio, rather than a big, busy gym. We run group fitness classes and personal training in a friendly, non-competitive space, surrounded by beautiful countryside. It’s small enough that we get to know everyone by name, and our members often tell us it feels like a real community.

Who comes to Bodyworx?

Everyone! We welcome all ages and fitness abilities, from people just starting out on the road to a healthier lifestyle, to those building their strength and stamina, to people taking their fitness to the next level. Our members come from both sides of the Kent–Surrey border, and many of them have become good friends along the way.
