About Four Elms
Four Elms is a village in the civil parish of Hever, in the Sevenoaks District of Kent, on the crossroads between Edenbridge and Sevenoaks. It is known for its primary school, pub, bistro, church, cricket pitch and garden centre, and it is home to the Bodyworx studio at Four Elms Nursery.

Where do members from Four Elms train?
At our private studio right here in Four Elms: Four Elms Nursery, Bough Beech Road, Four Elms, Kent, TN8 6ND. It’s a friendly, relaxed space surrounded by beautiful countryside, and we have members travelling to see us from both sides of the Kent–Surrey border. You’ll find directions and a map on our contact page.
Do you offer personal training for people in Four Elms?
Yes! We welcome new members from Four Elms for one-to-one and small group personal training in our Four Elms studio. It all starts with a relaxed consultation where we get to know you, your fitness history and your goals, so we can create a plan that suits you. Our Level 3 qualified trainers are fully insured, first aid trained and DBS checked. Find out more about personal training.
Can I join fitness classes if I live in Four Elms?
Of course! Members from Four Elms are very welcome at all our classes, from Circuits, Kettlebells and Boot Camp to HEAT 45, Barre, PowerWave and Peloton. You can pay as you go, from £10 to £15 per class, or join as a member. Book your place in the Bodyworx app.
Are classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We welcome all ages and fitness abilities, and every class can be adapted to suit you. Your instructor will show you how to make each exercise easier or harder, so you can work at your own pace in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.
