Where to find us
Our studio is at Four Elms Nursery on Bough Beech Road, with members coming from both sides of the Kent–Surrey border.
By sat nav
Use the postcode TN8 6ND and look for Four Elms Nursery on Bough Beech Road (the B2027), just outside Four Elms village.
From Edenbridge
Take the B2027 east out of Edenbridge, through Mowshurst, to the Four Elms crossroads. Follow the B2027 signposted for Bough Beech, and you’ll find Four Elms Nursery on Bough Beech Road.
From Westerham, Oxted & Limpsfield
Head south from Westerham on the B2026 towards Edenbridge, then pick up the B2027 to Four Elms and follow the signs for Bough Beech.
From Sevenoaks & Ide Hill
Head south through Ide Hill to the Four Elms crossroads, then follow the B2027 signposted for Bough Beech onto Bough Beech Road.

Our studio is at Four Elms Nursery, Bough Beech Road, Four Elms, Kent, TN8 6ND, just outside Four Elms village on the B2027. If you’re using a sat nav, use the postcode TN8 6ND. You’ll find directions from Edenbridge, Westerham, Oxted and Sevenoaks above, along with a map, or you can get directions on Google Maps.
Do I need to book before I come to a class?
Yes please! Booking your place through the Bodyworx app lets us know you’re coming and makes sure there’s space and equipment ready for you. You can also see the full timetable in the app, so you can find a class that fits around your week.
Where do your members come from?
Our members travel to see us from both sides of the Kent–Surrey border, including Westerham, Edenbridge, Oxted, Limpsfield, Crockham Hill, Brasted, Sundridge, Hever, Chiddingstone and Ide Hill. Wherever you’re coming from, you’ll get a warm welcome!
